On October 19, 2023 National Private Enterprise Science and Technology Innovation and Standard Innovation Conference and Famous Private Enterprises Helping Modernize New Hunan Construction Conference, co-sponsored by All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) and Hunan Provincial People's Government, was held in Changsha. Xu Lejiang, Vice Minister of the Central United Front Work Department and Secretary of the Party Group of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Shen Xiaoming, Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee, Zhang Guangjun, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Xu Xinjian, Director of Anti-Monopoly of the State Administration of Market Supervision, delivered speeches respectively, and Mao Weiming, Governor of Hunan Province, presided over the speech session. Xu Lejiang pointed out that practice has proved that science and technology innovation of private enterprises is the need to occupy the high ground of development in international competition and accelerate the construction of the world's scientific and technological power; it is the need to promote China's economic recovery and improvement of people's livelihoods, and accelerate the construction of a new pattern of development; it is the need to promote the new type of industrialization, guarantee the security and stability of the industrial chain supply chain, and better integrate the development and security; and it is the need to comply with the law of scientific and technological innovation to realize the high-quality development of private enterprises. Private entrepreneurs should adhere to the "four oriented" strategic direction of innovation practice, and constantly enhance the confidence of innovation; in-depth understanding of the "accelerate the formation of new quality of productivity" new requirements, in-depth implementation of the "efforts to build a highland of scientific and technological innovation with core competitiveness" requirements, will be the new industry as a new field of development of new track of the main direction of the attack, the standards of innovation as an important link in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and adhere to the integration of the development of large, medium and small enterprises, and strive to be the first enterprise to develop a new pattern of high quality development. At the meeting, Mr. An Lijia, Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC), released the list of 2023 private enterprises' R&D investment and invention patents, and the report on the innovation status of the top 1,000 private enterprises in R&D investment. All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Deputy Secretary General, Minister of Economic Services Lin Zeyan released the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce science and technology innovation of private enterprises, the Chamber of Commerce group standard "leader" list. It is reported that the Ministry of Science and Technology, the General Administration of Market Supervision, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and Hunan Province, relevant leaders, experts and scholars, representatives of many well-known private enterprises, representatives of the provincial federations of industry and commerce, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce directly under the chambers of commerce, industry committees, as well as the relevant departments of Hunan and Changsha City, the relevant leaders of the city and state governments in charge of the comrades to participate.
